Because healing happens in many forms, and I'm here for all of it.

My journey began as a 3-sport athlete who found strength and confidence through movement. But life had deeper lessons to teach me about resilience and what true strength really means.

When my husband developed a severe addiction that progressed from prescription opiates to heroin, I spent years raising our children while he cycled through treatment centers and halfway homes. The gym became my anchor, but more importantly, I learned to rely on daily practices that saved my life: spirituality, gratitude in the storm, journaling, and personal development.

The real transformation began when we started rebuilding our relationship and I learned to trust myself again. I found my way to Al-Anon, a space where people who love someone struggling with addiction come

This is where I discovered my capacity to hold space for people in all their complexity and meet them exactly where they are. In the depths of what felt like despair, I found glimmers of hope and purpose.
